Jim's Big Tow Service

Just had a crazy experience where my power steering and breaks stopped on me in traffic. After managing to get my car pushed into a parking lot I used my roadside assistance from Bouncie and they called for Jim's Big Tow to pick up my car. It took only maybe 15 mins to get to me and Jake was great. Real friendly guy with a good attitude and was quick to get my car on the truck and down to my mechanic. Not a scratch on my car and he told me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. Really helped during a stressful situation. Definitely would use this service again, though I hope I don't have to!

I drove my car from Tennessee back to my home town of Kansas City, Mo. I had to leave it there with the check engine light on. I was really concerned about having it towed and not being there. But the driver Brett? Called me and reassured me he was there and he would speak with the shop owner Tim before he left it to make sure it was in the right hands. And they got it within 20min of my calling my insurance company and paying the difference. Awesome company!!! Thanks Guys. My neice sent a pick of him getting it.

We had two cars that broke down at the same time. As I was going to save who was driving the first car transmission went out in the second car. Jim's tow showed up much faster than a we expected it was no more than 30 minutes. Had both of our vehicles home within an hour and a half. Excellent customer service and Care while moving both vehicles.

This is by far the best tow service I have ever received. Long story short, my car broke down pulling into a parking garage in downtown kc in a snow storm. Not only did they show up and get my car out of the tightest corners in a packed garage, they also drove me an hour to my mechanic I trust. Oh I almost forgot, since it was snowing and my wife would have to come get me with our 4 children in the snow, the owner told me to tell her to stay warm and safe and he would drive me home…. You don’t see real people with real service that actually care about their customer anymore but they do. I have never wrote a Google review until this morning and they earned every word and dollar for their service. Thanks again

Thank you, please forgive me for not remembering the driver's name and he told me his name twice, but it was cold and 3 small children with me at in the entry way of Children Marcy's. The driver was there in less than 30 minutes. He saved me in my family from the side of the road. And I appreciate his kindness, respect and his caring for my family and I. Thank you so very much.
